Any Further Information: We are primarily looking for someone who can form a strong and positive relationship with our children. Anything above this, such as housework etc, is great, but we are most concerned about the children's confidence and happiness with the person who is looking after them. They are very loving and affectionate kids who enjoy getting to know new people but like all children they all have their little ways for you to get to know! Most au pairs have been pleasantly surprised by the children's good behaviour and loving natures.

We have found that we have built up close and lasting relationships with all of our au pairs and have found that give and take on both sides has been the easiest way to manage the roles of everyone in the house .We like to consider ourselves to be fair and accommodating, and we think that our previous au pairs would agree that this is the case. All our au pairs have gone home with a much better opinion of English cooking than the one they arrived with!
