I am a 28 year old female from Ireland. I am moving to Portugal permanently from October. I am a qualified Lawyer in Ireland, England and Wales as of this year. I am aware that it my appear unusual for someone with such qualifications to want to change career paths. Basically, I love children and if possible I would like to work with them as a new career, also my qualification does not extend to Portugal therefore it gives me the oppertunity to explore a new career that I really feel is in my heart.
I am not looking for a live in position as I will be living with my partner.
I am fun for children but I am very conscious of their safety. I love to take care of children. They are great fun and very honest which is refreshing for a lawyer! Basically I listen to them and talk to them, once you do that for children they are very responsive and its easier to make them happy. If you are looking for someone who will interact with your children, who will entertain them and teach them new things, keep them interested and safe I do all these things.
I love jogging and swimming. I did Judo in College. I play basketball and tennis as passtimes but I would need lessons before I could say I am competent in either! I thought myself the basic Spanish that I know, and am currently teaching myself my Portuguese. I would be happy to teach your children English if you required this.
I also love to cook. I love to try different foods.
