Dear Family, My name is Apollonia. I live in the north of Italy, in a little town near Milan. I'm a little bored of this place, too calm and lacking in opportunities for young people. I like moving and travelling, for that reason I started learning English as this language offers a great opportunity to communicate with the worldwide. It is very important for me to build up relationship, I'm very attentive to everything that surrounds me, be it a group of children, be it adult people. I get on well with every kind of people, as I consider diversity as an essential point: it can be stimulating and can transform the tiny things in bigger ones! I've always having private lessons with children helping them with their homework, as I am surrounded by little cousins and a neighboorhood of loud babies. I am used to the messy situation that children could make start unexpectedly. I want to start that experience because I think that it is useful to meet people from every part of the world, and this could represents a great opportunity for me and your children to grow up together. I like telling stories, helping them to reflect on things that happens, having fun all together, and also, even if I am a bit old for this, watching with them cartoons. I love England and I want to improve my English as more as I can! I've just got my degree in Philosophy (may 2010) and I would like to attend the MA degree in UK, more precisely in London, which will start on September 2011. So I've got a big amount of spare time and as I am so tired of doing the same things in my country, I'd like to leave for the UK as soon as I can: i love UK, and I really like English language. Since I was a child I have started translating song lyrics by Spice Girls and other music band: I'm fond of starting a new experience in your country as it is the place of my dreams. I'm very attentive to education, as it constitues a big part of our lives. So, i will surely look after carefully to your children, bearing in mind that also fun is an important element! I like building up strong relationship with other people: I never want to bore someone, or to destroy bonds with arrogance. I love travelling and having fun, but also reading, watching good movies and listening to the music. London will be a great opportunity for me for its multicultural background and its lively rythmn, so I really look forward to reach that city as soon as I can!
