Dear Host Family,
My name is Marian and I am 25 years old. I live in Ploiesti in Romania and i`ve just finished the High school, together with all necessary levels of technical profile graduate courses completed in the construction industry. I have short brown hair and hazel eyes.
I would like to be an au pair to improve my English, and I would also like to travel to the UK to learn about its culture and people.
I have had some babysitting experience of looking after a eight year old boy called Florinel . I took care of him for a period of 6 months and his parents have provided me with a good reference. He is a lovely little boy. I shall miss him when I come to the UK as an au pair but I am sure that I will also love your children as well.
When I am not working I like to go swimming and snowboard. I also like singing and compose music. I am also, in my own private time, a D.J. for private occasions.
I will be happy to help your family with housework and other domestic work and I would like to go to school to study English and not only that; maybe some cultural experiences and a chance to follow or apply to a higher education institution, or find a good job after the end of the program.
I will be able to come to England from October and stay for 6 up to 2 years; or as long is allowed.
My parents both work; my father is a airport security agent and my mother is a merchandiser. My half-sister is 5 and she is still at home with my natural father.
I passed my driving test 7 years ago and I would be happy to drive in the UK after some practice.
