Dear Host Family
My name is Isabelle and I am 21 years old. I live near Dublin in Ireland and am working as an au pair but I am originally from Germany. I have short dark hair and dark brown eyes.
I would like to work on as an Au Pair since I want to gain more experiences in Childcare. I've been taking care of a now 18months old boy for the past year so I came to his family when he was 6 months old.
Before I became an au pair I lived with the younger one of my brothers and his family. My brother has 3 daughters who are now 37 months old and (twins) 20 months old. I helped taking care of the kids, feeding them, changing nappies, doing the laundry, doing the washing up, cleaning floors, ironing. Which is basically the same that I'm doing here now.
When I am not taking care of the baby I like to meet friends, listen to music, read and travel.
On Monday nights, I'm going to college to a "Childcare: Development and Play Fetac Level 4" class and on Thursday nights, I'm going to Guitar class. I enjoy both really much.
I will be happy to help your family with some housework and ironing('though I'm not really good at ironing but I'm positive I will improve quickly.).
I would love to find a new hostfamily for July/August 2011 but later is fine, too, and I am basically open to every Europan conutry where I don't need a visa to get in. But my preferred countries are Ireland and the UK as well as France and Switzerland(to improve my French).
My Dad works as an operator and his girlfriend works as an account that. My brothers are not working but the younger one is back in school to become a truck driver.
Unfortunately I don't have a driver's license.
