Hello dear Family, My name is Dmitri Kaljuta. I am 19 years old and I have finished my senior class at Tallinn Teeviit Euroopa Gymnasium in 2009. I live in Tallinn the capital of Estonia, is located in Northern Europe in the north-eastern part of the Baltic Sea region. I live together with my parents, sister and two brothers. I have got four best friends and they are twins: two girls and two boys. We are very closed and spend a lot of time together. And I can trust every thing for them! We are such as brothers and sisters and i like them very much. In my opinion, life in a big family is great, because you are taught to be more tactful and helpful for each other. But I really love my family and I am very proud of it, because despite the family size we are very friendly! Moreover, I am interested in learning different languages. I speak Russian, because it is my mother tongue, Estonian, because I live here, English as you see. But to be more precise, I want to learn English better, than I know now, because I have to know it good, if I want to attend the English university in the future. So I learn a little Turkish and German too. Last two languages I began to learn recently, so I hope I will speak them good soon. I find to learn other languages is very helpful, because you can not say exactly what will wait you in this life. In my spare time I like to take part in any projects which we have in Estonia. I am very communicative person and can not imagine my life without communication with people from other countries. To return the projects, I participated in a number of European projects, such as Fundamental Human Rights for Children through Art and Creative Work, Tolerance and Awareness of National Traditions. My previous and current social activities found appreciation on school and national level. I have gained some international communication experience working as supervisor in international youth summer camps in Lithuania (2007-2008) and participating in European Youth projects and events. In summer of 2008 I took part in project which were gained in Italy. I live there about 2 weeks. The aim of it was the tolerance between international students from Italy, Poland, Slovenia and Estonia. To be honest, I do not want to boast of it all but I want to say you that I really like any projects in other countries. Firstly, it is adventure, secondly, it develop me and I really like to know people from other countries!!! Of course I have some other hobbies yet: I love to play volleyball, to read interesting books and to watch different films. I like to gather with friends and to go swimming. There is not so hot weather in Estonia, so sometimes I like to go to another hot country with my family and to have some rest there. To be honest, I want to be admitted to the university but before I will do that I want to get another experience. So I decided to go to another country as an Au Pair participant, because I love children and interested in knowing other countries with their own culture and traditions. Moreover, I want to get another way of life and be a part of a family who wants the same. In addition, I love working with children. I have experience in working with them in Estonian Malev and in Estonian kindergarten. These organizations give a possibility to work children. In summer they organize some gropes of children and gives them a leader who can look after them. And I have worked there as leader of this team. And I have the experience of looking after smaller children too. I have wonderful Anna(3 years old) and Alexander(7 years old). What can I say you about me? I can not describe myself but others say that I am communicative, positive and serene person. My mother often says that I am very responsible boy and I want to be this boy do not smoke and drink. I can say that I like children and animals very much. In future, want to become a vet. Now I have an animal at home: cat Oscar. He is a very good and healthy pat. I like him very much!!!
