Hello my name is Keren Rodriguez and I'm 22 years old. I am from Hermosillo Sonora Mexico, one of the sunniest places in the world, I live with my mother, a woman who taught me how to dream and work for the things that I want. I have 2 brothers 12 and 17 years old. I’m Currently Studying Linguistic studies in college and I’m coursing the 4 semester. My passion has always been languages in general. My goal in life is to be a great teacher.
I consider myself a quiet, friendly, outgoing, dreamer, eager to live and learn, I'm excited even think about meet other cultures. I’m the type of person that is really happy and smiles while taking care of children and that is always ready to roll on the floor, draw with them, play hide and seek or whatever they want or I come up with. I’m healthy, and I don’t have any bad habits. I would love the opportunity to be an au pair because I can deal with kids and like it very much. Furthermore it will be a big opportunity to improve my English skills. I like children and I like cultures in general.
If I become one of your family members, I will take good care and cook delicious food for them. I will tell them interesting stories and play games with them im sure that this will be my happiest year. I am confident that I have best character and ability. I have strong adaptability and can adapt to changes very soon, and live like your family member.
I used to be a tutor for English classes for several students, whose ages were from 8 to 10. In this way, I am quite familiar teaching children and communicate with them. I have many beautiful experiences with the children and I want to continue to teach and learn with them. I'll give the best that I have because I love children and I want to serve them and make sure they’re happy. I would like to participate this program very much because in this program I may find a combination of three important things for me which are: spending time with children, meeting a new culture, and improving in English. I hope to find a friendly family and share nice moments with them and hopefully you will give me the opportunity to share this year with you.
I am responsible, easy-going and am willing to handle a variety of tasks including house- keeping, child care, pet care, tutoring or general errands. I have developed valuable organizational skills and good work ethic over the last 4 years at school, working a part time job as an English teacher here in Mexico. I am very reliable, fun, and just looking for a different kind of work experience. I have worked with Children in the past.
