I would love the oppurtunity to work as an au pair. Firstly because I have experience with working with children and from this I have realised my passion for working with and looking after children. I am able to entertain children, keep them under control and listen to their views. I have done voluntary work in a nursery, I am a volunteer at a local Catholic primary school, I am a young leader at Brownies (an association for girls aged 7-10) and I work at an after school club for children aged 4-11. I am also look after my friends' younger siblings. My mum's friend has a son with learning disabilities, who she often trusts me to look after. I have had the oppurtunity to work wit children with learning disabilities in my work with children, and I help them reach their full potential.
I would love to stay with a family in France or Italy as it would be a great oppurtunity to experience the culture and learn the language. I am aware and able to accept and appreciate different cultures.
