I currently attend the Kopernikus Gymnasium in Wissen, Germany and will pass my Abitur examination (A-Levels; subjects: English, German, History) in February 2011. To bridge the time between school and university and because of my interest in English culture I want to spend a year abroad, preferably in London. Furthermore, the chance of getting some experience among native speakers seems a perfect possibility to broaden my horizon. My interests are playing the guitar, which I do for 13 years now, and doing Judo, which I do for about 8 years. Moreover, I really enjoy reading German as well as English literature. My interest in the English language made me take English as one of my Abitur (A-Level) subjects. I gathered some experience with younger children while taking care of a Judo group.
