The fees we charge are detailed and explained in full below. There are no further fees payable to us:

FREE - we do not make any charges to au pairs, nannies, or housekeepers who are citizens of EEA countries.
For citizens of other countries we charge a membership fee of GBP10 (about USD17) for 90 days membership.
You can search our au pairs, nannies, and housekeepers for free and without restriction before you become a member. You can use Advanced Search, and also the Quick Searches we have set up to see how many candidates match your criteria. You can Contact Us by telephone or email at any time, either before or after becoming a member if you would like help, advice, or assistance.
In order to contact the au pairs, nannies, and housekeepers you will need to be a current family member and logged in to the site.

These are the only charges we make. No further fees are payable irrespective of whether you find and invite one or more au pairs during the period of your membership.
When you send a message to an au pair it is copied to their account at Universal Au Pairs and also sent to their email address. You are free to put your personal contact details (email, telephone numbers, etc) in your messages as you wish. We never publish contact details for families or au pairs in order to protect your privacy and to make it less likely that you receive spam or scam contacts as a result of using our service.
