We recommend that you use the interview as an opportunity to discuss the detail of the duties that you will expect the au pair to fulfil, and to assess the aptitude and competence of the au pair when carrying these out. This will be made easier if you have thought through the au pair duties in some detail beforehand.

The template below is designed to help you in approaching each interview methodically and to assit in obtaining a similar range of information from each potentail au pair in order that you can make comparisions.
